Residential Property Maintenance Specialist

Strawberry & Co in Bristol is seeking a proactive Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across our residential and co-living properties, ensuring homes remain safe, well maintained and presented to high standards.

You'll work closely with our Property Management and Lettings teams, building relationships with tenants, contractors and suppliers.
