Residential Family Centre Manager - Trauma-Informed Lead

Not For Profit People is recruiting on behalf of a leading women's charity for a Registered Service Manager to lead a specialist residential family centre supporting mothers and their children. Plymouth-based role offering £46,000-£52,000 per year, 37.5 hours, permanent contract.

You will oversee a trauma-informed, child-centered service with a multidisciplinary team, drive safeguarding, compliance and continuous improvement, and support families to achieve lasting change.
