Fawkes & Reece, a leading residential developer, seeks a Customer Services Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage the customer journey from exchange of contracts through to completion, handover, and aftercare.

Based in London, you will deliver exceptional customer service, handle enquiries and defects, and coordinate with Sales, Construction, Property Management, Concierge and Managing Agents to ensure a seamless experience.
