Property Solicitor London Hybrid 3+ Years PQE

A well-established London law firm is looking to hire an experienced Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its growing property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong property background who is confident managing their own caseload and wants to join a supportive and expanding team.

The Role:

• Manage a varied property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle matters independently while providing a high level of client service.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction and keep them updated at each stage.
• Work closely with clients, lenders, agents and other parties.
• Manage deadlines and progress transactions efficiently.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the property team.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE.
• Strong residential property/conveyancing experience.
• Comfortable managing a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
• Able to work effectively in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
