About the Role:

A highly valued and leading law firm in Lancashire is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their expanding team in Poulton-Le-Fylde. If you have around two or more years of experience or comparable experience handling a range of conveyancing cases, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload including complex conveyancing matters.
• Residential Conveyancer to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet deadlines whilst working as part of a supportive and friendly team.

What we are looking for:

• Residential Conveyancer with 2 years PQE or matching experience.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with a case management system.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
