This role will offer the chance to work alongside some of the UK's leading housebuilders in a supportive and dynamic environment, with opportunities to take on a varied and challenging caseload.

Due to ongoing growth, the firm is seeking a talentedResidential Conveyancerto manage a diverse range of property matters, including:

• The sale of new build homes
• Part-exchange property acquisitions
• Resale transactions
• Additional conveyancing services

You will be entrusted with handling a varied caseload, offering the opportunity to work on both standard and complex property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise further, with continuoustrainingandcareer developmentprovided by the firm.

The role offers the flexibility ofhybrid working, allowing you to work both remotely and from the office.

• You will join aReal Estate department, collaborating with 17 experienced conveyancers and 8 administrative assistants acrossBristolandReading.
• The firm places a strong emphasis ontrainingandmentorship, ensuring you have the necessary support from both apastoral line managerand atechnical legal manager.

The team is also involved in additional aspects of property law, includingsite setup matters,section agreements,compliance certificates, anddeeds of variation, providing exposure to a wide range of legal work.

The firm is seeking aResidential Property ConveyancerorPlot Sales Conveyancerwho has experience in managing their own caseload. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strongclient relationship management skills
• The ability to handle casesindependentlywith minimal supervision
• Experience working undertight deadlineswhile maintaining excellent quality
• Exceptionalattention to detailand strong organisational skills
• Proficiency inIT systems, including experience withcase management systems
• A good level ofcommercial awarenessand knowledge of legal developments in property law

Experience intitle investigationsis desirable but not essential.
