Residential Conveyancer

A well-established firm based in York is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its team. You will take full ownership of the firm's own diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build properties, re mortgages, transfers of equity, and more complex property transactions.

If you have a strong background in Residential Conveyancing and enjoy managing a varied caseload from start to finish, this could be the ideal role for you.

You will possess:

• 3-5 years of solid experience in Residential Conveyancing
• A positive, commercial approach to legal advice
• Strong client relationship building skills
• Excellent client care standards
• Experience in successful business development and marketing initiatives
