An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm in Macclesfield.

This role offers the chance to manage a busy caseload within a supportive, high-performing team, with strong local connections and a consistent pipeline of work.

The Role;

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion

Handling matters including:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Re-mortgages

Transfers of equity

New build transactions

Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties

Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and within agreed timelines Delivering high levels of client care and communication

Supporting business development and maintaining referral relationships

About You;

A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Fee Earner or Legal Executive (CILEx)

Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently

Strong understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
