Residential Conveyancer

Are you a confident, client-focused Residential Conveyancer ready for your next challenge? Join our dynamic team where your expertise will be valued, your caseload supported, and your career taken seriously.

We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to support with an existing caseload of new-build retirement property work as well as developing your own caseload. You will work closely with developers and clients, to ensure a smooth, compassionate, and efficient service all the way through to completion.

You'll need:

• solid experience in residential conveyancing including purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, leasehold, freehold & new builds
• To be able to deliver exceptional service with a personal touch
• To be highly organised to monitor deadlines, manage completions and ensure timely exchange of contracts
• To contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, supporting junior staff and assistants where applicable.
