Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a leading training provider to recruit an experienced Early Years Tutor on a fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality childcare qualifications, supporting learners to develop the knowledge and skills required to begin or progress their careers within the early years sector.
Location: London
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with potential to extend)
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging face-to-face teaching across London.
- Deliver Level 2 childcare programmes to unemployed learners.
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet awarding body requirements.
- Assess learner progress and provide regular feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
- Deliver occasional evening and weekend sessions where required, with TOIL or reduced weekday hours provided.
- Support learners to successfully achieve their qualifications.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Occupational competency within the Early Years or Childcare sector.
- Excellent communication, classroom delivery, and organisational skills.
- A passion for developing learners and helping individuals start careers within childcare.
- The ability to travel across London for face-to-face delivery.
- Level 2 Safeguarding and PREVENT
- Level 2 Introducing Caring for Children and Young People
- Primarily unemployed learners.
- Maximum cohort size of 20 learners.
- Face-to-face classroom delivery across London.
- Competitive salary of £26,000-£30,000 per annum.

- One-year fixed-term contract with the potential to extend.
