Job Title: Residential Childcare Trainer/Assessor (Freelance)
Location: Hybrid - Home/Field based covering Liverpool, Manchester and surrounding
Rate: £200 per day
Type: 2 days per week for approximately 6-9 months, with possibility to extend
Essential Criteria- Hold either a recognised Assessor award OR Level 3 Teaching qualification.
- Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, or relevant occupational experience.
- Knowledge of End Point Assessment.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
- Assess and support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, Level 3 and 4.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
- Conduct remote and face to face meetings and training sessions with learners.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
