Resident-Focused Local Housing Manager (Retirement Living)

Housing 21 is seeking a Local Housing Manager for Thompson Court in East Anglia on a 7-month fixed-term contract. You will be at the heart of our Retirement Living schemes, delivering a professional housing and support service to residents.

Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, you will manage tenancy sustainment, resident wellbeing, safety and community engagement, helping residents to live independently in their homes.
