Resident Engagement & Activities Coordinator

HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator in the UK on a rota-based, part-time contract (35.5 hours per week).

You will plan and deliver engaging activities to enhance residents' wellbeing across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings, and assist the Home Manager with fundraising events. We look for someone with experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a warm, kind approach to help residents socialise.
