Reservations & Guest Experience Specialist

Heckfield Place is seeking a Reservations Executive to join the Reservations team. You will manage bookings across the Estate, including The Bothy, Marle & Hearth, and coordinate guest transfers from enquiry through to departure.

Exceptional attention to detail and refined guest service, with confident use of reservation systems, are essential. Weekend and public holiday work may be required to meet business needs.
