Reservations & Customer Care Specialist

U-Drive are seeking a confident, proactive Customer Care Sales Advisor to join the Central Reservations team. You will handle inbound calls, respond to enquiries, quote and convert them into reservations with accuracy and professionalism.

As the first voice of U-Drive, you will know our vehicle range and systems, route queries, upsell where appropriate, and provide exceptional service under pressure. UK work visa and driving licence required.
