Research Manager, Quantitative-Led - Boutique Research Agency London / hybrid to GBP 48,000 + bonus + bens - (posted Mar ) Overview

Great opportunity for a rising quantitative Senior Research Executive or current Research Manager seeking a boutique agency that delivers quality insight to complex business issues for a number of market leading companies. If you seek the chance to explore new methodologies and work on varied projects this is the ideal role.

About the client

Our client's expertise lies in the consumers of tomorrow, working across a broad range of industries including media and entertainment, toys and games, retail and food and drink, both in the UK and internationally. They have a passion for research that goes beyond the client brief, conducting bespoke research for clients as well as their own in-house; industry-recognised research studies each year.

Responsibilities
  • Manage quantitative projects from initial design through to dissemination of findings.
  • Be comfortable with varied methodologies, in particular survey design, and present back to senior-level clients.
  • Lead work that is mostly ad hoc and hands-on with design and analysis.
  • Apply experience in segmentations, MaxDiffs, and Conjoint analyses; typical projects include concept testing and market sizing.
  • Work in a small, agile team across different methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) to understand the target audience and evaluate emerging methodological approaches.
  • Take initiative, embrace challenges, and contribute to shaping and developing the role.
  • Collaborate with a great team who are passionate about their work and deliver high-quality insights.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Solid quantitative background with experience in market research methods and data analysis.
  • Ability to design surveys, manage projects end-to-end, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with segmentation, MaxDiff, and Conjoint analysis is useful.
  • Enthusiasm for varied methodologies and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
