Research Manager - 6 months' Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Research Manager to help run our Brand Research Programme, which includes a monthly multi-market Brand & Comms (B&C) Tracker, a quarterly Usage & Attitude (U&A) study, and market sizing research.
Your focus will be on the seamless execution and reporting of existing projects. Responsibilities include overseeing periodic study launches, refining research instruments, tools, and processes, creating insightful reports tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, brands, and markets, and developing our brand dashboard. You will also collaborate with marketing agencies to triangulate brand data with their sources.
What you will be doing:
- Managing all aspects of multi-market brand tracking research, from survey design and development, survey launches, fieldwork, data extraction, analysis, to reporting.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies and development.
- Performing key driver analysis using our Brand & Comms Tracker to understand brand funnel drivers in each market.
- Identifying brand opportunities within a portfolio and developing strategic recommendations.
- Updating and developing Power BI dashboards to analyze customer data and automate periodic reporting.
- Delivering data-led storytelling to the business.

- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, proficiency in Q Software, and strategic thinking to connect data insights to business goals.
- Proven stakeholder and supplier management, excellent program management, and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in creating compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations from disparate data points.
