We are partnering with a consultancy, who are developing a new global benchmark to measure how effectively businesses are adopting artificial intelligence within their organisation. They are looking to help organisations benchmark and accelerate their adoption of AI and they are looking to bring in someone who can focus on the banking sector for them. They are a growing consultancy, who offer hybrid and flexible working, with an office in London, a highly competitive salary and package and strong career development for the right person.
The RoleThey are looking to bring on board a Research & Data Lead who can focus on their financial services and banking sector. This role will be suitable for someone who has worked within this space previously, has strong analytical skills and has experience within benchmarking.
Key Duties of the Role- Managing the full research cycle, from defining the methodology through to delivering the final benchmarking data and information.
- You will be working with the data, research and insight teams identifying emerging trends, developing robust metrics and ensuring that findings are accurate and actionable.
- You will be pivotal in evolving the benchmark over time, testing new indicators, improving the model, and supporting client and stakeholder discussions around results and implications.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within in research, consulting, or project management within financial services, market research, or emerging technologies.
You'll be comfortable handling large datasets using tools such as Excel, Python, or SQL, and adept at combining qualitative and quantitative insights.
You'll be confident in running complex research projects, mentoring and managing small teams
You'll be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders
You will have a strong interest in the sector and how AI can support the industry
