Reprographics Assistant - US Law Firm ( Ongoing Temp/Contract)

£40,000-£45,000 (Permanent Full Time Equivalent) 1pm-9pm London Office-based

Our client, a leading US Law Firm firm, is seeking an experienced Reprographics Assistant to support their busy Office Services team.

Key Duties
  • High-quality printing, scanning, photocopying & finishing
  • Laminating, binding & guillotining
  • Stock checks & ordering consumables
  • Basic copier troubleshooting & escalation
  • Post handling, couriers & confidential waste
  • Keeping copy rooms stocked & tidy
  • Assisting with meeting rooms & office moves
What You'll Need
  • Experience with reprographics equipment
  • Strong attention to detail & time management
  • Good communication & teamwork skills
  • Flexible, hands-on approach
  • Experience in legal/corporate environments
