The Expertise We're Looking For 0-2 years' experience, preferably within financial services and/or a shared service model The Purpose of Your Role The ARS Money Movement team is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of requests such as; reregistration and maintenance of accounts due to life events and date of death valuation of accounts. Representatives must gain a working knowledge of several Fidelity processing and workflow systems in order to accurately interpret and action the transaction requests. The Skills You Bring Your ability to quickly coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks Your ability to take initiative and to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic team environment Be analytical and possess good problem-solving skills while maintaining good attention to detail Be technically oriented, with strong MS Office/PC skills Have excellent written and verbal communication and social skills Be motivated and show desire to learn about the business and new technologies The Value You Deliver By analyzing and actioning complex transactions involving legal requirements, you provide a valuable service to our customers, and help to maintain the firm's reputation for quality The relationships that you establish with our US business partners will help ensure adherence to Operations policies and procedures, and will improve the reputation of the Account Maintenance team in Ireland Prioritizing and handling critical issues/exceptions that are received from customer and the teams' business partners Act as a consultant, analyzing and reviewing court documents on behalf of risk and legal to allow access to investor accounts Participating in various projects and operational improvement initiatives focused on improving the existing workflow, quality, efficiency and policy & procedures How Your Work Impacts the Organization Operations and Services Group (OSG) is a division of Fidelity Institutional and provides superior customer service to Fidelity businesses through innovation, dedication and commitment to quality.
