Repairs Planner Hybrid, Temp-to-Perm

Niyaa People is recruiting a Repairs Planner for a Stockport-based housing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role focuses on coordinating repairs from initial notification through to completion, with potential progression to a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

You will manage repair requests, arrange inspections, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up in line with Awaab's Law requirements and statutory timescales.
