Repairs Planner - Social Housing Hybrid, Contract

We are seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join a busy Property Services team, coordinating responsive repairs across a social housing portfolio in Watford.

Hybrid working is offered. This is a 3 month contract with potential extension, paying £20-£22 per hour Umbrella. The role concentrates on scheduling, partnering with residents, contractors and internal teams to meet KPIs and targets.
