Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage a team of surveyors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of repair services across South London.
• Oversee the scheduling and allocation of work, ensuring high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on the team's performance against KPIs and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address any operational challenges.
• Implement strategic initiatives to improve processes and increase efficiency within the team.
