Repairs Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid, Part-Time

A London-based housing provider is hiring two Repairs Customer Service Advisors on a part-time, temporary basis. After roughly four weeks of office training, you'll work in a hybrid pattern.

Pay is £19.98 PAYE or £25.49 Umbrella per hour with a minimum of 22.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:15pm. You'll be the residents' primary contact for repairs and housing service enquiries, delivering precise information and resolving issues to maintain a professional customer experience.
