Daniel Owen is proud to represent one of the largest housing contractors in the Essex area, seeking a new supervisor to join their team and manage their Essex patches.

We are looking for experienced Repairs & Voids Supervisors to oversee a large team of operatives covering all repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the contract ensuring all operatives work efficiently and productively.
• Ensure supplier and subcontractor works are carried out according to work sheets and in a timely manner to meet all contract KPI targets.
• Liaise with customers and address any queries or issues.
• Ensure works are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Achieve all client expectations.
• Complete and submit paperwork and reports in line with company procedures.
• Drive between sites as part of daily duties.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workplace.
• Complete timesheets, work sheets, and reports as required.
• Attend inspections when necessary.

Key Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the maintenance/construction industry.
• Experience using SOR codes.
• IT literate.
