Hourly Rate: £14.29 per hour

Our client is seeking a Planner with previous experience in repairs, maintenance, or social housing, which would be advantageous.

This role involves covering a LARGE social housing contract. As a Planner, you will be a key member responsible for communicating reactive and planned maintenance between residents and trade operatives.

The main responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to residents/tenants and trade operatives
• Scheduling appointments for maintenance work
• Closing jobs for invoicing
• Logging current jobs onto the company database
• Collaborating with supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule work
• Updating and modifying information as the job progresses
• Ordering equipment needed for jobs
• Performing general administrative duties such as filing and scanning

Skills and experience required:

• Good telephone manner
• Organized with the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail
