Repairs & Maintenance Assistant (Hybrid, 31.5h)

Provanhall Housing Association (PHA) is recruiting a full-time Repairs & Maintenance Assistant to support repairs management for our 533 tenants.

This role is a busy front-facing position where you'll be the first point of contact for tenants by phone or in person, providing clear guidance, coordinating with contractors, and recording information in IT systems as part of a small, supportive team.
