Job Description

Contract Terms: 35 hours per week (full time), Permanent
Salary: H4-H1 (£27,908-£31,558) of the Albyn Group pay scales. Salary placing will normally be at the lower point of the scale.
Location: Invergordon Office
Closing Date:Sunday, 26th July 2026 at 11.59pm
Interview Date: Monday, 10th and Tuesday, 11th August 2026

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Repairs and Maintenance Administrator to provide high levels of administrative support to our customers and Repairs and Maintenance function.

You will provide front-line information and administration to our customers, in line with our organisational values, aims and objectives.

We are looking for a caring, adaptable, professional and detail-oriented individual who is meticulous in their work, has a high standard of computer literacy.

We're looking for someone with

  • A high standard of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • An interest in social housing issues, with experience in front-line customer service, including handling telephone enquiries.
  • The ability to accurately input and manage data in information systems and generate reports when required.
  • Experience handling challenging situations with resilience, flexibility, and confidence.
  • The ability to model positive behaviour and ensure that customers and colleagues feel valued and supported.
