Repair Claims Liaison & Customer Care (Hybrid)

4th Dimension Innovation Group in Egham is seeking an RMT Service Advisor to act as the friendly, organised hub between customers, insurers and the repair team. You'll manage correspondence, coordinate updates and ensure inquiries are handled promptly throughout the repair journey.

Reporting to the RMT Team Leader, you will keep repairs moving smoothly, maintain records and contribute to improving customer communication and service efficiency.
