Main responsibilities
- Develop the rental strategy in LF Madrid together with the commercial leadership team
- Setup performance goals for the team and track results, activity and efficiency of the agents
- Ensure all business goals and targets are fulfilled with expected frequency.
- Devise strategies to gain market share in key areas of interest for Lucas Fox and working together with commercial leadership to put together actions to attract landlords and actively promote services and properties.
- Manage all members of the team and mentor, train and coach agents in order to develop at individual level and achieve positive results at all levels.
- Be a point of contact for landlord/tenant escalations, complaints and focus on issue resolution by keeping maximum levels of customer service and successfully represent the brand.
- Assist rentals agents with the full listing and rental process and get actively involved whenever complications may occur that could affect the completion of a deal process.
- Be an active participant in the deal closure and offer management
- Assist the HR department in the hiring process of commercial agents and provide requirements and feedback for the efficiency of the recruitment process
- Be a role model for the team and implement best practices and upskill the agents to enable growth both at business and organizational level
- Be on top of market and industry trends and advise and come up with creative ideas to ensure business development
Requirements
- Previous experience in the real estate rentals sector for at least 3 -5 years
- Minimum 2 years of Team Management experience
- Proven experience in commercial organizations,
- Deep knowledge of the Madrid city Real Estate Market, ideally rental sector (mid to high-end product)
- Good analytical skills and strategy mindset are a must
- Good Knowledge of Real Estate legal and financial processes are desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and goal orientated person
- Excellent communication skills and highly motivated and driven
- Good management of a CRM and excel are desirable
- Spanish and English are required
