Rental Customer Experience Specialist

Arnold Clark Group is seeking a Rental Customer Advisor for our Glasgow South Street branch. You will deliver outstanding customer service in person and on the phone, process inquiries, and support daily operations to maintain a first-class experience for our customers.

The role requires strong administrative and communication skills, team collaboration, and a flexible approach to shifts on a rota seven days a week. A full UK driving licence is essential.
