Rent Income Admin Specialist

Essential Employment in Wembley is seeking an Income Assistant on a temporary basis to support the Rent Income Team within the General Needs Service.

You will handle face-to-face, telephone, email and virtual communications, provide rent collection services to council tenants, and collaborate with Rent Income Officers and Welfare Advisors to deliver efficient, confidential and empathetic service. All roles may be subject to pre-employment checks.
