Rent & Service Charge Data Specialist

And Yorkshire Housing Limited is seeking a proactive Rent and Service Charge Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Leeds. You will manage data to ensure rents and service charges are calculated accurately, prepare schedules, and upload charges to our rent system.

You'll produce annual letters, support reporting, and maintain audit-ready records while collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and controls. Strong Excel skills are essential.
