Rent & Income Recovery Specialist

Co-operative Housing Ireland (CHI) is seeking a Debt and Income Specialist for the Dublin region. You will pursue arrears, manage rent accounts, and coordinate with partners to maximise income and sustain tenancies.

Role requires knowledge of housing regulations, welfare benefits, and RTB procedures; hybrid working with regular onsite presence. Applicants must have Leaving Certificate and a valid driving licence.
