Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth?

Join our client as a Renewals Specialist, where you'll own the end-to-end renewal process, maximize retention, and uncover upsell opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless renewals and satisfied customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and close renewals with existing customers
  • Minimize churn while identifying growth opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on customer strategy
  • Drive timely, accurate renewals with a data-driven approach

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years in customer success, renewals, or account management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM tools
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude
