Renewals & Customer Service Specialist

Michelle Denny Recruitment is partnering with a Diss-based business to recruit a Customer Service Advisor / Renewals Administrator. The role starts in renewals, with training and progression into a full Customer Service Advisor position later in the year.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30 initially, with a later shift pattern from September. This is a structured, long-term career move in a supportive office environment.
