About this jobWe have a vacancy for a Band 2, full time, Renal Receptionist to work at Salford Royal Hospital.
You will have responsibility for directly receiving patients checking all patient demographic details are complete and updated on Patient Centre.
You will admit patients to the Dialysis Unit and Renal Procedure Centre and provide an effective appointment booking service when the patient is entering and leaving the clinic area.

Admitting patients to the Dialysis unit and Renal Procedure Centre.
Responsible for providing an efficient appointment booking service when the patient is entering and leaving the clinic area.
Responsible for the clerical processes associated with the non attendance to out patient clinics.
Responsible for dealing with telephone enquiries from secretaries, wards and other departments relevant systems.
Responsible for the booking of patient follow up appointments within agreed timescales whilst ensuring that bookings are made within the strict parameters of the clinical schedules.
