Remote Workday Talent Lead - Strategy & Delivery

Cognizant is seeking a Workday Talent Principal Consultant to lead the design, configuration and delivery of Workday Talent solutions for clients in the UK. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding Talent Management projects, while driving successful implementations and providing strategic delivery leadership.

Responsibilities include leading Talent workstreams, owning end-to-end design and deployment, mentoring teams, supporting pre-sales, and contributing to practice development.
