Remote Volunteer Programs Lead: Recruit & Train Volunteers

Carers Count Kirklees is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to lead recruitment, training, support and development of volunteers in the Kirklees area. This role is home-based, 15 hours per week, with a salary of £29,120 FTE and reports to the Service Manager.

You will recruit and develop volunteers, ensuring best practice and organisational policies, and work with Service Managers to identify meaningful opportunities that enhance our services. Closing date: 2 September 2026.
