Job Description
This role is Remote based in the UK Wide and you will require fluent Urdu language skills.
We're currently looking for multiple enthusiasticCustomer Service Advisorswho are focusedon customer service, administration and taking inbound calls.The role will deal with awide range of customer service calls.
Cactus Search are currently in partnership with an amazing client who are offering you the following:
Laptop and kit supplied prior to work commencing
Salary -£25,250
Fully remote
Shift pattern between 7am and 10pm - 40 hours per week
This role will involve weekend working - you will only work 5 days per week and wont work every weekend
Key Responsibilities:
Contact centre experience required.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact centre experience required.
- Support customer enquiries by telephone or electronically via internal Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems
- Manage all direct customer Interactions
- Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific direct customer enquiries
- Support customers with order status updates and delivery tracking queries
- Effectively manage calls, enquiries, orders, complaints, returns and log all details of actions taken within CRM system to support case management
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and areas of improvement
- Previous experience within a Customer Service position is essential
- Urdu language skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- A self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work
- Outstanding verbal communication skills
- Professional and empatheticapproach to resolving issues
- Decent I.T skills
- Excellent time management
