Job Description

Investigo is seeking a contractor with strong SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay experience. The role is remote with UK-based eligibility and a 6-month contract.

You will support core compensation workflows and coordinate with HR and integration teams in a client-facing capacity. Ideal candidates will have hands-on success in template provisioning, route maps, and related compensation cycles, plus experience with rule-based logic and currency conversions.
