Remote UK ITSM Lead - 9-Month Contract

Square One Resources is seeking an experienced IT Service Management Lead to support the delivery of high-quality IT services across a large enterprise environment. This remote UK role coordinates change, major incident, problem management, reporting, and supplier engagement.

You will work with IT teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure ITSM processes are well-documented and continuously improved, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow or Remedy and ITIL best practices.
