Remote UK Customer Care Specialist

Superfeet Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Care Representative to support our UK and European markets from a UK-based remote position.

You will be a key contact for consumers, retailers, and internal teams, handling enquiries, orders, and international shipping with accuracy and care. Responsibilities include managing cases in Dynamics 365, ensuring VAT and customs compliance, and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to enhance customer experience.
