Remote Telemarketing Team Lead - Coaching & Growth

Howden is a global insurance group with a largely remote telemarketing team supporting branches by creating opportunities and driving growth through proactive client engagement.

We are seeking a Telemarketing Team Leader to provide day to day leadership, coaching and performance support while continuing to contribute personally to telemarketing activity. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you will lead a remote team of around 15 colleagues.
