Remote Talent Resourcer: Fast-Paced Recruitment

Knovia is seeking a Talent Resourcer to hand-pick top talent across Care, Professional Services, Dental and Early Years. This remote role includes 360 recruitment from advert creation to onboarding, with support from the People Team and a strong focus on employer branding and social media campaigns.

You will build relationships with hiring managers nationwide, manage interviews, offers and onboarding, and drive data insights to optimise talent acquisition across the group.
