Remote Swedish-speaking Customer Support (12m)

ENGINEERINGUK is looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Service Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will provide support to Swedish customers via phone, chat, and email, addressing their needs and ensuring a great customer experience. This full-time role requires variable hours, including shifts from 6 am to 8 pm, including weekends. You must possess strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, and have a suitable working environment with a minimum broadband speed of 50 Mbps.
