Remote Supporter Care & Data Admin (Part-Time)

KIDS is seeking a Supporter Care Assistant for their Fundraising team. This role involves providing outstanding supporter care with database administration, ensuring a high-quality experience for supporters, and maintaining accurate fundraising data.

You will act as a key contact for donors and members of the public, process donations, and support fundraising campaigns. The position requires strong organisational and communication skills, alongside experience in customer service and CRM systems.

This home-based role involves occasional travel for meetings, with a salary of £17,197.25 per annum.
