Remote Spatial & Single-Cell Bioinformatics Scientist

StealthCo seeks a senior bioinformatics engineer to design and build production pipelines for spatial transcriptomics and related modalities. You will contribute to an agentic system that generates and ranks mechanistic hypotheses for cancer therapies, working with leaders in AI & Technology and Platform.

The role emphasizes end-to-end pipeline design, modality-specific statistics, and reusable workflows. A PhD and 2-6 years in startup environments are required; strong Python with anndata is
