Remote Senior Organizational Development Coach for Leaders

Canonical is recruiting a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner for remote, globally distributed teams. You will coach leaders to a standard of management excellence and diagnose organisational leadership to drive credible, field tested development.

In this senior role you'll embed inside leader organisations, develop practitioners, and shape how coaching and organisational development is practiced across Canonical. Travel up to four times a year is expected.
