Remote SEND Tribunal Officer - Interim

A local authority in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Interim SEND Tribunal Officer to join their SEN Tribunals team. This fully remote role requires proven experience managing tribunal appeals and deep knowledge of SEN/D and the SEND Code of Practice. Responsibilities include managing a caseload, drafting responses to appeals, and representing the Council in hearings. The contract is for an initial 3 months at £400 per day.
